Katelyn Falk is a Principal Security TPM, speaker, and advocate.

Katelyn Falk is a high-energy Security Technical Program Manager based in Seattle with over 15 years of experience in the industry. Most recently, she established a new product introduction program designed specifically for security stakeholders, collaborating with engineering security, detection and response, and governance, risk, and compliance teams to review and test more than 15 new products.

Recognized as one of the 2023 SIA Women in Security Power 100 and shortlisted for Cybersecurity Woman of the Year – Barrier Breaker (2024), Katelyn is passionate about advancing women in security. She volunteers at events such as BSides Seattle and served on the Board of Directors for The Diana Initiative (2024).

Outside of work, Katelyn enjoys baking, running a monthly book club with friends, and spending time with her family — husband, kids, dog, and cat. She’s currently exploring her next professional opportunity in security leadership.
